I just got a request from SEO advising it is not tracking conversions. How can i go about fixing this or resolving this issue?

#1 Do you have a tracking code entered under Google Analytics
#2 Are you using a GA4 tag(UA tags are not supported)
#3 Google Analytics -> configure -> custom definitions: Have you set up 3 definitions namely, "event_action", "event_category" and "event_label"
